This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of Systorian's annual subscription plans. We strive to provide clear and fair policies that protect both our customers and our business.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Important Note

Systorian operates exclusively on annual subscription plans. We do not offer individual appliance repair services or one-time bookings. All policies in this document apply to subscription plans only.

2 Subscription Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for all annual subscription plans.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for our 30-day refund policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of the subscription purchase date
  • You must not have used our subscription services more than once during the 30-day period
  • Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service

Refund Amount

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive a refund of your subscription amount with the following deductions:

  • If you have used our subscription service once, a nominal service fee of ₹500 will be deducted
  • GST and other applicable taxes that have already been remitted to tax authorities may not be refundable (as per Indian tax regulations)
  • Payment processing fees (typically 2-3%) may be deducted from the refund amount

Subscription Cancellation Timeline

You may cancel your annual subscription at any time:

  • Within 30 days: Eligible for refund as described above (subject to eligibility criteria)
  • After 30 days: No refund will be provided, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the annual period
  • Auto-renewal: Cancellations prevent future auto-renewals but do not affect the current subscription period

3 Refund Eligibility

In addition to our standard 30-day refund policy, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following exceptional situations:

  • Service Not Available: If we are unable to initiate subscription services in your area after you have purchased a plan.
  • Technical Error: If a technical error on our platform resulted in duplicate subscription charges.
  • Subscription Activation Issues: If your subscription could not be activated due to a technical problem on our end.
  • Unauthorized Charges: If subscription charges were made without your authorization (subject to investigation).

For subscription-related issues, we reserve the right to:

  • Extend your subscription period to compensate for service interruptions.
  • Offer a partial refund based on the extent of the issue.
  • Provide additional subscription benefits as compensation.

Important Note

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval. We may require documentation or proof to process exceptional refund requests.

4 Cancellation & Refund Process

How to Request a Subscription Cancellation & Refund

Since Systorian operates on an annual subscription model only, subscription cancellation and refund requests follow the same process:

  1. Log in to your Systorian account.
  2. Navigate to the "My Subscriptions" section in your dashboard.
  3. Select your active subscription plan.
  4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts.
  5. If eligible for a refund (within 30 days and meeting other criteria), the refund will be processed automatically.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment method used:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • UPI: 2-3 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 24-48 hours

5 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be processed in the following cases:

  • The subscription has been active for more than 30 days.
  • The user has utilized subscription services more than once during the first 30 days.
  • The user has violated our Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent activities.
  • The subscription was purchased using promotional codes or special discounts (unless specifically stated otherwise in the offer).
  • The user's account has been suspended or terminated due to policy violations.
  • The refund request is made after the subscription has expired.

Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you believe your case deserves special consideration, please contact our customer support team with details of your situation. Each case will be reviewed individually.

6 Tax Implications

Please note the following regarding taxes and subscription refunds:

  • All subscription plans are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate.
  • When a subscription refund is processed, the base subscription amount will be refunded to you.
  • GST that has already been remitted to tax authorities may not be refundable, as per Indian tax regulations.
  • For partial subscription refunds, GST will be calculated proportionally on the refunded amount.
  • A revised invoice or credit note will be issued for all subscription refunds processed.

For business customers who have claimed input tax credit, you may need to reverse the credit claimed if a refund is processed. We will provide the necessary documentation to support this.

7 Changes to This Policy

Systorian reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. We will notify you of any significant changes through email or a notice on our platform. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
