Subscription-Only Service Model
Systorian operates exclusively on annual subscription plans. We do not offer individual appliance repair services or one-time bookings.
Systorian provides comprehensive home appliance care through annual subscription plans that include repair, maintenance, service, and preventive care for appliances covered under your selected plan.
What's Included in Your Subscription
Under our subscription model, the following services are fully covered at no additional cost:
- Labor Charges: All technician work and service labor
- Visiting Charges: Technician visit and travel costs
- Service Charges: Diagnostic, repair, and maintenance service fees
- Consultation Charges: Expert advice and technical consultation
- Preventive Care: Regular maintenance and care services
What's NOT Included in Your Subscription
Important: Parts & Consumables Not Covered
Your subscription covers service and labor only. All parts and consumable materials are at your own cost.
The following items are NOT covered under any subscription plan and must be borne by the user:
- Replacement Parts: Any appliance parts that need replacement (motors, compressors, circuit boards, etc.)
- Consumable Materials: Wires, screws, bolts, gaskets, filters, and other consumable items
- Component Upgrades: Any upgrades or enhancements to existing appliance components
- External Accessories: Additional accessories or attachments not originally part of the appliance
Parts & Materials Procurement
For parts and consumable materials needed during service:
- You may purchase the required parts and materials yourself
- Our technicians can provide assistance and guidance in procuring the right parts
- Our technicians may help facilitate the purchase, but all costs remain your responsibility
- We recommend using genuine or compatible parts for optimal appliance performance
Service Limitations
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice or liability. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability.
Service availability may vary by location. We do not guarantee that our services will be available in all areas.
4 Acceptable Use & User Conduct
When using Systorian services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your account and password.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are solely responsible for the content you post, including reviews and communications. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
5 Accounts
To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or outdated.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
6 Payments, Billing & Renewal
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, our third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy.
Billing and Automatic Renewal
Our subscription plans are billed on an annual basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the initial term. Your subscription will automatically renew for successive annual periods, and you authorize us to charge the renewal fee to your payment method on file, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.
Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance of any changes that affect your subscription.
7 Cancellations & Refunds
Important Note
Systorian operates exclusively on annual subscription plans. We do not offer individual appliance repair services or one-time bookings.
Our subscription cancellation and refund policies are as follows:
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for all annual subscription plans, subject to eligibility criteria.
Eligibility Criteria
- Timing: Refund request must be made within 30 days of subscription purchase
- Usage: You must not have used our subscription services more than once during the 30-day period
- Account Status: Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
Refund Amount
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive a refund with the following deductions:
- If you have used our subscription service once, a nominal service fee of ₹500 will be deducted
- GST and other applicable taxes that have already been remitted to tax authorities may not be refundable (as per Indian tax regulations)
- Payment processing fees (typically 2-3%) may be deducted from the refund amount
Cancellation Timeline
- Within 30 days: Eligible for refund as described above (subject to eligibility criteria)
- After 30 days: No refund will be provided, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the annual period
- Auto-renewal: Cancellations prevent future auto-renewals but do not affect the current subscription period

8 Intellectual Property
The Systorian service and all materials therein, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and music (the "Content"), and all intellectual property rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Systorian and its licensors.
You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content other than as necessary to use our services.
The Systorian name and logo are trademarks of Systorian, and may not be used without our prior written consent.
9 Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our services.
By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10 Limitation of Liability

- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
- Any content obtained from the services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services.

11 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Systorian and its employees, contractors, agents, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not to limited attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use of the service or a breach of these Terms.
12 Warranties & Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13 Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute, please contact us first to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it, you and Systorian agree to resolve any claims through final and binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in English and shall take place in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Class Action Waiver: All claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
14 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
15 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. By continuing to use our service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
16 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
17 Severability and Waiver
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
